COMPARATIVE STUDY OF QUARTERLY RAINFALL IN CROSS RIVER STATE THROUGH APPLICATION OF SEASONAL AUTOREGRESSIVE INTEGRATED MOVING AVERAGE MODEL: A CASE OF CALABAR AND OGOJA
This paper seeks to fit seasonal models to quarterly rainfall data in two extreme areas of Cross River State; Calabar and Ogoja areas, represented by X, and Y, respectively. The two series exhibit pure seasonal model. The ACF and PACF of the seasonally differential series suggested SARIMA (0, 0, 0)x (4, 1, 1)4 for each of the series.

In Nigeria, the problem of good governance is accentuated by the crisis of the democratization process. Good governance is an indeterminate term used in development literature to describe how public institutions conduct public affairs and manage public resources in order to guarantee the realization of human rights.

ECONOMICS OF ENHANCING CASSAVA PRODUCTION BY RURAL FARMER IN ORUMBA SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF ANAMBRA STATE
The study was designed to exploit strategies for enhancing cassava production by the rural farmers in Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra State. Multistage random sampling technique was used to select 80 respondents for the study. Data were collected using structured interview schedule and review of related literature. The data were analyzed using frequency counts mean scores and percentages.

POLITICAL SCIENCE EDUCATION FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE: THE DEMOCRATIC PERCEPTION
The study examined the impact of political science education in promoting good governance. 200 respondents participated in the study. The results were analysed using simple percentage. The study shows that majority of the subjects do not believe in legislative independence and other essentials of accountability and transparency in our democratic polity.
