MEMBERSHIP
The International Research and Development Institute (IRDI) is an organization established for the purpose of increasing understanding of research and development problems confronting the developing world. Memberships IRDI Research and Development Network are draw from various Universities and research institutes. We also welcome interested members from government, non-governmental organizations and the organized private sector. The International Research and Development Institute (IRDI) is headed by Director General who is responsible to council for the IRDI. The IRDI Research and Development Network is composed of two categories of Membership – Individual members and Institutional members.
As many of the most valuable benefits of membership result from participation and networking with your professional peers, all members of the network will be informed of all our Local and International Events/Conferences. As a core benefit to members, the network maintains online database of members and their areas of expertise/specialization. The network also publishes a Year Book - The League of Researchers where members profile, current research and activities are listed. Generally Members have the following advantages:
- Receive information on the IRDI.
- Receive information no matters related to their field of specialization.
- Have their full social right in the association.
- Receive the journals/proceedings corresponding to their field.
- Editors and Reviewers of IRDI Journals are normally selected from members of IRDI
MEMBERSHIP FEE
Individual membership fee par annum are N3,000 for Nigerian residents, $50 for non-Nigerian residents. Institutional membership fee per annum are N25, 000 for Nigerian institutions and US $500 for Non-Nigerian institutions. To become a member, one should pay the membership fee, photocopy and complete the membership form. Membership fees for Non-Nigerian Residents may be waive on application to the Director General subject to favourable consideration by the council.
